ILP Connections offers transitioned young adults a host of services and support in the community. CCYA is excited to launch one of its newest initiatives, our “Scattered–Site Apartment Program” for youth ages 18-21 years. Through this innovative program we continue to support our youth as they transition into employment and/or higher education. Youth must be employed or seeking employment; possess a high school diploma or GED; commit to a 13-month lease. The program offers apartment furnishings, rent assistance, scholarships for books, fees and school supplies, monthly food and transportation stipends, as well as assistance with job/employment and education.
