A Level Two Accelerated Transitional Living Program

Family-Style Living

Rise Up Academy is a specialized 10-bed Transitional Living Program serving young men and women ages 16-20. Designed for youth who demonstrate higher levels of social, emotional, and behavioral functioning, Rise Up Academy provides a supportive, growth-oriented environment where residents can focus on achieving their personal, educational, and independent living goals.

This accelerated program offers a unique residential experience that fosters greater independence, positive peer connections, and increased opportunities for success. By living in a structured environment alongside like-minded peers, residents are empowered to build confidence, strengthen life skills, and prepare for adulthood.
